Summary

This position will be responsible for providing leadership and management of contracts clearinghouse (CCH) functions including contracts (and related documents) collection, storage, data mining, and reporting. This role is also responsible for elevating the contracts clearinghouse function, developing, building and driving the future-state contracts clearinghouse model. The person in this position will also interface with many business partners across the enterprise providing appropriate insights to contract data to inform business decisions. Leads through influence and collaborates with partners across Freeman to deliver a leading-class customer experience in an efficient, cost-effective manner.

This position will support our Sales Enablement under our Business Operations team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 1 day per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:

  • Dallas, TX

  • Las Vegas, NV

  • Orlando, FL

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establishing the overall contracts clearinghouse services strategy & execution. Partners with Sales leadership and Legal team to expand contracts clearinghouse shared services capabilities. Must actively manage the “day to day” contracts management functions.

  • Utilizing project management experience to define and drive innovative solutions to drive efficiencies. This may include business leadership for the design and implementation of technologies related to contracts such as e-signature, CPQ (Configure Price Quote) and/or future CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management).

  • Initially focusing on managing and centralizing contracts management functionality and the CCH team. This includes assessment, coaching, and direct management of current contracts clearinghouse team members.

  • Acting as a liaison between sales, the contracts clearinghouse and legal teams to assist with commercial versus legal needs.

  • Working collaboratively across the organization, developing and standardizing polices and processes.

  • Establishing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators, analysis and related reporting.

  • Identifying innovative approaches to ensure satisfaction of stakeholders, identifying and utilizing key measures of success for the contracts clearinghouse function. Ensures continuity and successful delivery against these metrics.

  • Fostering the culture of continuous improvement of services, seeking proactive approaches to solve business needs/problems, while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the contracts clearinghouse supportive capabilities. Develops team member’s skills.

  • Developing annual and long-range operating budget and ensuring proper staffing to meet requirements.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Must have process management in recent background.

  • Minimum three-five years of progressively increasing roles and responsibilities managing data management or business support teams.

  • Maintain effective working relationships throughout the organization including the executive level.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Strong technical skills with a working knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PPT) and PowerBI.

  • Ability to produce clear and concise written and verbal communication.
