FREEMAN International Transportation Coordinator in Fort Worth, Texas

The International Transportation Coordinators position will be to support the International Transportation Manager and all process and procedures of Freemans International Transportation product. The position will include supporting the operation, actual movement of shipments, communications with international exhibitors and insuring billing and accounting procedures are followed and completed timely.

  • Check International message phone lines for voice mail, two phone lines tied to FET INTL

  • Open and review all email coming through at

  • If it is a quote request for transportation, insure it has been received by our global transportation partner and they have actioned.

  • If it is for Material Handling forward to the producing branch/exhibitor services to action.

  • Respond with Freemans Legal Council approved response to anyone asking for Freemans EIN Number

  • Create and maintain a computerized worksheet.

  • Create FET International tracking Number

  • Be the SME for FET International

  • Knowledge of FET and how it relates to International Quotes

  • Knowledge of TSS and exhibitor invoicing

  • Insuring MOP is on file for exhibitors requesting FET International services

  • Insuring orders are entered in FET

  • Work closely with our global international transportation partners and agents

  • Assist with monthly reports to

  • Production reports

  • FOL reports

  • Assist in gathering information for sales and marketing

  • Performs other duties as may be assigned.


  • High school diploma or equivalent


  • 10% travel is required.
