As a Customer Support Representative, you will have the freedom (and time) to understand and respond to each customer’s unique concerns. You’ll also be encouraged to guide each customer to the best solution and create a spirit of trusted partnership with customers and coworkers. You’ll benefit from weekly coaching sessions to build your skills and participate in defined career development activities that can lead to a promotion. And, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in team projects – some related to training, technology, and customer service, some just for fun. Most importantly, you’ll be able to share your perspective, experience, and knowledge to make a positive impact on the customer experience
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably 1-2 years
The ability to type 6,000 keystrokes per hour (alphanumeric) with 95% accuracy.
Previous experience using multiple systems and screens to manage customer-related data
The proven ability to learn quickly and apply what you have learned in a short period of time
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates Degree
Part-time employees in the Customer Support Center work set schedules of either 4 or 5 hours per day between 7am and 7pm M-F and one Saturday per month. Our part-time shifts are listed below.
