Freeman’s Customer Support Order Entry team is located in Grand Prairie and has part-time opportunities for individuals interested in using critical thinking and customer service skills to enter diverse orders in a fast-paced atmosphere where meeting the customer’s needs is our focus. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about detail, thrive in both independent and team environments, and who love nothing more than providing the best experience possible for customers. Employees in this position can learn many facets of an industry-leading, business-to-business organization and gain the knowledge to expand their career in a dynamic and exciting profession.Other responsibilities include:

  • Accurately entering order and payment entry, focusing on data quality and integrity and verifies entered orders/payments for accuracy.

  • Prepares and sorts exhibitor orders/payments and identifies and interprets data to be entered.

  • Reviews and updates customer information and enters method of payment information.

  • Contacts ehibitors to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data.

  • Enters exhibitor notes regarding changes and correspondence when applicable.


  • Minimum two (2) years related experience and/or training.

  • Proven computer skills,with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.

  • Ability to type 40 wpm or 6,000 KSPH with 95% accuracy is required


  • High School Diploma or GED


  • Associates Degree
