FREEMAN Supervisor - Exhibit Operations in Las Vegas, Nevada

SUMMARY:

Supervise exhibit operation and labor at show site at all facilities in which the company produces events. Plans for assigned shows including the labor and equipment, job assignments of qualified labor, hours of operation, paperwork procedures, timekeeping and job cost. Be able to handle show site exhibit operation by efficiently performing the following duties personally or by supervising leads.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gathers information on multiple booths for event as assigned by Manager, Exhibits

  • When necessary will attend operations/production launches

  • Follow through on delivery of all Show site services including 3rd party requirements

  • Works with Manager to create production schedules for assigned exhibits

  • Plans and reviews logistics with all Show site departments for assigned exhibits

  • Works with Manager to schedules Leads and develop labor plans for assigned exhibits

  • Creates LBT labor budget and enters projections into the LBT on assigned shows or as needed

  • Verifies exhibit transportation inbound and outbound with Manager as needed, utilizing FET when possible

  • Works with Manger and Planner Coordinator to track actual costs against budgeted costs for assigned exhibits

  • Verifies receipt of all on-site equipment, special needs and tools required for assigned exhibits

  • Supervises all aspects of installation and dismantle, monitoring progress to exceed client expectations

  • Identify the clients priorities, not always Freemans, and adjust as needed

  • Resolves issues on site concerning exhibit build and any logistics issues

  • Attends daily Show site production meetings

  • Resolves issues on site concerning exhibit build and any logistics issues

  • Ensures we meet turn-over expectations of exhibits to clients

  • Prices nominal Show site change orders and looks for other revenue generating opportunities

  • Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED required

Preferred

  • College degree

  • 2 or more years of industry experience

  • 2 or more years in a Lead role
