Freeman is seeking an Exhibitor Services Supervisor to assist the Exhibitor Services Director in supervising all functions of Exhibitor Services personnel at the branch level. Other responsibilities include:
Assist with interviewing, hiring, training and scheduling of clerical personnel and Exhibitor Services Reps in office and at show site
Calculate and create Price Masters with complicated rate structures. Approves all Show Price Masters
Audit pre-show data entry, schedules computer equipment for show site and ensure all preparations have been done for all shows
Supervise all show site functions and personnel. Controls paperwork and audits material handling and labor at major shows
Controls department overtime
Responds to complaint letters
Minimum five (5) year’s of related experience
High School Diploma or GED
Requires analysis, judgment, and sensitivity to understand personnel and customer needs
You will be expected to process complex requirements, inquiries and/or complaints and provide other customer service assistance to internal and external customers as needed
Demonstrated Customer Service Skills
MS-Office Products (Word and Excel)
