Freeman is seeking a Client Development Executive - Exhibitor Sales to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts. Grows opportunities with new accounts by selling additional services. Services accounts through use of presentations, demos, quotes, estimates, billing, etc. Solicits new business. Entertains new and existing clients. Entry level role combining both business development and client solutions while focused on signing, resigning, monitoring, growing, and up-selling new and existing business. Additional duties include:
- Individual Volume - $500 thousand or more
Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
Develop future contacts from show prospect lists and show site contracts.
Ascertain exhibitor requirements, develop and present proposals to potential clients.
Prospect customers through cold call sales, networking, and referrals.
Prepare presentation collateral materials and make stand-up presentations where appropriate, along with necessary follow up activities to complete sale.
Up-sell current customers.
Accept phone calls for call-in leads.
Obtain future show/event schedule information from client and solicit appropriate future business.
Perpetually expend effort toward developing new business.
Quote prices and credit terms in compliance with Freeman policies and procedures.
Entertain clients and prospects as necessary.
Work with branch personnel on accounts as required.
Confirm jobs and follow-up appropriately with information to prepare service plan requirements.
Inspect job site with local branch when necessary.
Produce and review orders with project managers and branch personnel.
Supervise jobs in progress as required.
Follow-up and resolve customer complaints and collections when necessary.
Cross-sell all Freeman services.
Attend local and national industry meetings and functions as directed.
Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts.
Record activities in Salesforce.com.
Submit an itemized expense report for approval per company policies.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with branch operations.
Performs other duties as may be assigned
Minimum one + years of sales experience
Must be willing to consistently cold call and solicit new business
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications
Proven drive for personal growth and commitment to succeed
Level requires the approval of the Director.
- Highschool Diploma or GED with relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree
